Powder Coated Aluminum

Powder coated aluminum is a beautiful and durable material for furniture. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and very good-looking. Powder coated aluminum blends the lightweight properties of aluminum with the resistance and longevity of powder coating. It can withstand harsh weather conditions well without corroding. 1. Aluminium profile surface preparation: Surface treatment ensures that all debris, dust, and other substances are removed from the surface of aluminum profiles.

2. Apply powder to the aluminum surface: The technician will use an electrostatic spray gun to apply the powder coating.

3. Heat the aluminum extrusion: The technician heats the extrusions in a curing oven to melt the powder coating evenly. 

4. Cool the aluminum extrusion to harden coating: Once the powder coating has melted over the entire surface, the technician will remove the extrusion from the curing oven to cool and harden.
